Headquarter stations from IARU Region 2 Member Societies as well as individual amateurs participated in the Global Simulation Emergency Test, GlobalSET, in its November 2008 edition.  The number of active stations from Region 2 was a record high.  The next GlobalSET will take place on the next exercise will be on May 2nd 2009.  We invite all Member Societies in Region 2 to take part in it.
