The purpose of this email reflector is to exchange information related to emergencies before, during and after emergencies. It should be <span class=\"caps\">THE<\/span> preferred way of communication.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Who can participate in the reflector?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The <span class=\"caps\">IARU<\/span> <span class=\"caps\">R2<\/span> Emergency Coordinator (<span class=\"caps\">EMCOR<\/span>)<\/li>\n<li>The <span class=\"caps\">IARU<\/span> <span class=\"caps\">R2<\/span> Emergency Coordinator Advisory Group (<span class=\"caps\">ECAG<\/span>)<\/li>\n<li>The <span class=\"caps\">IARU<\/span> <span class=\"caps\">R2<\/span> Executive Committee members<\/li>\n<li>The <span class=\"caps\">IARU<\/span> <span class=\"caps\">R2<\/span> News Coordinator<\/li>\n<li>Interested parties of <span class=\"caps\">IARU<\/span> <span class=\"caps\">IS<\/span>, <span class=\"caps\">R1<\/span> and&nbsp;<span class=\"caps\">R3<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"caps\">IARU<\/span> Member Society officials and their emergency communication coordinators<\/li>\n<li>Representatives from Amateur Radio emergency communications programs with an international scope (<span class=\"caps\">SATERN<\/span>, <span class=\"caps\">WX4NHC<\/span>, Hurricane Watch Net,&nbsp;etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Individual radio amateurs approved by the Member Society of his\/her country and the <span class=\"caps\">IARU<\/span> <span class=\"caps\">R2<\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"caps\">EMCOR<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Who can send messages to the reflector?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Any of the subscribed members can post on this reflector. It\u2019s a&nbsp;two way mean of communication. It\u2019s possible to send attachments to the reflector. The attachments will be distributed to all members. Please use this function wisely.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How can I&nbsp;request being a&nbsp;member of the <span class=\"caps\">R2-EMCOR<\/span> email reflector?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Send an email to the <span class=\"caps\">IARU<\/span> <span class=\"caps\">R2<\/span> <span class=\"caps\">EMCOR<\/span> (<a href=\"mailto:emcor@iaru-r2.org\">emcor@\u200biaru-\u200br2.\u200borg<\/a>) requesting your admission to the reflector.
