The Emergency Communications Committee of <span class=\"caps\">IARU<\/span> <span class=\"caps\">R2<\/span>, congratulates and thanks Mr. Greg Mossop <span class=\"caps\">G0DUB<\/span> for the dedication and organization of this GlobalSET, that will help to strengthen the emergency communications preparedness in the Region 2&nbsp;Member Societies.<\/p>\n<p>We also wish to express our gratitude, both Mr. Mossop <span class=\"caps\">GODUB<\/span> and myself&nbsp;to each member of the HQ-station <span class=\"caps\">TG0AA<\/span>, Groups and Stations Participating in GlobalSET April 2009.
