Taylor\u2009\u2014\u2009an <span class=\"caps\">ARRL<\/span> Member\u2009\u2014\u2009won the Nobel Prize in physics in 1993 for the discovery of a&nbsp;binary pulsar, a&nbsp;discovery which has opened up new possibilities for the study of gravitation.
