For <span class=\"caps\">IARU<\/span> <span class=\"caps\">R2<\/span> <span class=\"caps\">CTU<\/span> is a&nbsp;very important forum in which we can contact Ministries of Communications and Regulatory Agencies of 20 countries at the same&nbsp;time.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"caps\">IARU<\/span> <span class=\"caps\">R2<\/span> congratulates <span class=\"caps\">CTU<\/span> on its anniversary and wishes many more years of successful work for the benefit of the region.<\/p>\n<p>On the the picture, left to right, Noel E.
