The National Executive of the <span class=\"caps\">FRC<\/span> transmitted to all Cuban radio amateurs following <a href=\"http:\/\/www.frcuba.co.cu\/index.php?option=com_content&amp;view=article&amp;id=5949:mensaje-del-ejecutivo-nacional-de-la-frc&amp;catid=144:editoriales&amp;Itemid=100224\">message of congratulations<\/a>.
