\"bal\"<\/a>The 38th<\/sup> IARU<\/span> AC<\/span> meeting was held last October 9\u2009\u2013\u200910 in Bali, Indonesia. AC<\/span> members from the three regions and officers of the International Secretariat presented their annual reports and discussed matters of common interest.<\/p>\n

Among the issues discussed are:
\u2009\u2014 Right of radio amateurs to install adequate antennas
\u2009\u2014 Preparation for the World Radio Conference, to be held next month in Geneva: Agenda Item 1.4, potential allocation in the 60 meter band.
\u2009\u2014 Coordination of satellite operations for amateur radio use.
\u2009\u2014 Revision of IARU<\/span>\u0092s mission and analysis of relationships of IARU<\/span> with regulators
\u2009\u2014 Budget for coming years
\u2009\u2014 Future meetings, both virtual and in person
\u2009\u2014 Profile and search for potential successors, both in the AC<\/span> and in the Regions<\/p>\n

After the meeting, participants attended the 16th<\/sup> Region 3 Conference.<\/p>\n
