It consists of services and products trade show and a&nbsp;technical conference organized by <span class=\"caps\">SET<\/span>, the Brazilian Society of Television Engineering, a&nbsp;non-profit technical and scientific association formed by companies and professionals.<\/p>\n<p>Its prime objective is to further technical knowledge on electronic media chain, from production to delivery, including radio broadcasting.<\/p>\n<p>This year the conference also promoted a&nbsp;discussion on technical and regulatory aspects of the human exposure to electrical, magnetic and electromagnetic fields.<\/p>\n<p>Flavio Archangelo, <span class=\"caps\">PY2ZX<\/span>, member of the <span class=\"caps\">LABRE<\/span>\u00b4s Working Group on Spectrum Defense and Management, presented some <span class=\"caps\">ITU<\/span>\u2011T Recommendations and a&nbsp;new proposal of regulation on that matter recently published for discussions by <span class=\"caps\">ANATEL<\/span>, the Brazilian Telecommunications Agency.<\/p>\n<p>According <span class=\"caps\">LABRE<\/span>, some proposed compliance process and formulas are not full applicable to experimental characteristics of Amateur Radio Service.&nbsp;<span class=\"caps\">LABRE<\/span> made contributions during the <span class=\"caps\">ANATEL<\/span> public call, citing good examples of applied orientations to the amateurs used abroad.<\/p>\n<p>This section of <span class=\"caps\">SET<\/span> Expo was also joined by teachers and researchers of CPqD, <span class=\"caps\">UNICAMP<\/span>, <span class=\"caps\">UNISAL<\/span> and representatives of&nbsp;<span class=\"caps\">SET<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>In the same week <span class=\"caps\">LABRE<\/span> follow the first Latin America Congress of the Internet of Things, also happened in Sao Paulo.&nbsp;The estimative of billions of devices acting as sensors and wireless communications arose questions over Electromagnetic Compatibility. Several governmental entities, industry, researchers and makers were presented on the&nbsp;event.<br> <span class=\"caps\">LABRE<\/span> is an <span class=\"caps\">IARU<\/span> Region 2&nbsp;member.
