Brigadier General Lic. Rafael Antonio Carrasco Paulino, E.R.D., general director of the Civilian Defense, held the event at their facilities, where there was also participation from 4\u00d74 vehicle clubs.<\/p>\n<p>The agreement ensures the mutual cooperation between <span class=\"caps\">RCD<\/span> and the Civilian Defense; it includes counseling, training, promotion and joint work.
