As in previous visits, he met with members of the Board of directors and with club members, congratulating them for the continuous activity displayed by <span class=\"caps\">RCP<\/span> in favor of Peruvian radio amateurs.<\/p>\n<p>A Flea Market was organized on Saturday, October 20, as well as a&nbsp;brief ceremony to present the certificates of approval to students that successfully completed the second course in the year for candidates to amateur radio licenses.
