This year 2019 marks the 70th<\/sup> anniversary of the \u201cUni\u00f3n de Radioaficionados Espa\u00f1oles\u201d, in order to commemorate this important event, the URE<\/span>, the Spanish IARU<\/span> member society, announces the following Special Prize to all licensed radio amateurs and SWL<\/span> from all over the world.<\/p>\n

Contacts can be made using any mode or band from 160 meters to 6 meters with the 14 different AM70<\/span> special stations. The suffixes of the 14 special stations are each one of the letters of the \u201cUNI\u00d3N<\/span> DE<\/span> RADIOAFICIONADOS<\/span> ESPA\u00d1OLES<\/span>\u201d, except the one with the letter \u201c\u00d1\u201d which will be replaced by the URE<\/span> headquarters special station AM70URE<\/span>.<\/p>\n

And so, the 14 special station callsigns are:<\/p>\n

AM70A<\/span>, AM70C<\/span>, AM70D<\/span>, AM70E<\/span>, AM70F<\/span>, AM70I<\/span>, AM70L<\/span>, AM70N<\/span>, AM70O<\/span>, AM70P<\/span>, AM70R<\/span>, AM70S<\/span> y AM70U<\/span><\/p>\n
