The event was led by the new president of <span class=\"caps\">INDOTEL<\/span>, Mr. Nelson Arroyo, accompanied by the new executive director Julissa Cruz and the directors Marcos Pe\u00f1a, Fabricio G\u00f3mez, Pavel Isa, representing Miguel Ceara Hatton.<\/p>\n<p>At the hearing, it was highlighted that in the new document, the new amateur radio applicants will have more facilities, the integration of all radio amateurs to the National Disaster Mitigation System.<\/p>\n<p>Among the recommendations made for the new document, the <span class=\"caps\">RCD<\/span> commission requested virtual examinations and the monitoring of the bands by the Institution.
