Convention of the Federation of Amateur Radio Clubs of Central American and Panama (<span class=\"caps\">FRACAP<\/span>) was opened by its General Secretary, Jos\u00e9&nbsp;Arturo Molina, <span class=\"caps\">YS1MS<\/span>, last Friday, November 5.&nbsp;Due to&nbsp;Due to health measures due to <span class=\"caps\">COVID-19<\/span>, it was necessary to celebrate the Convention, an annual tradition in the Central American countries, virtually.<\/p>\n<p>With an attendance of up to 51 people from 11 countries, the Convention was considered interesting and successful as expressed by some attendees, to the satisfaction of its organizers.
