{"id":5292,"date":"2022-01-05T00:48:37","date_gmt":"2022-01-04T23:48:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.iaru-r2.org\/?p=5292"},"modified":"2022-01-05T00:48:37","modified_gmt":"2022-01-04T23:48:37","slug":"apply-to-be-the-iaru-region-2-monitoring-system-coordinator","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.iaru-r2.org\/en\/apply-to-be-the-iaru-region-2-monitoring-system-coordinator\/","title":{"rendered":"Apply to be the <span class=\"caps\">IARU<\/span> Region 2&nbsp;Monitoring System Coordinator"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"caps\">IARU<\/span> <span class=\"caps\">R2<\/span> is looking for a&nbsp;volunteer to be its Monitoring System Coordinator (<span class=\"caps\">MSC<\/span>).&nbsp;The <span class=\"caps\">MSC<\/span> is <span class=\"caps\">R2<\/span>\u2019s liaison with the <span class=\"caps\">IARU<\/span> Monitoring System and serves as <span class=\"caps\">R2<\/span>\u2019s representative on the <span class=\"caps\">IARU<\/span> Monitoring System Committee.&nbsp;The Coordinator acts as a&nbsp;single point of contact for collecting and disseminating information on harmful interference to Amateur operations in the region.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications:&nbsp;The <span class=\"caps\">IARU<\/span> Region 2&nbsp;Monitoring System Coordinator shall be a&nbsp;licensed amateur radio operator residing in Region 2, and a&nbsp;member of and nominated by her\/his national society.
