If unsure, contact <a href=\"mailto:treasurer@iaru-r2.org\">treasurer@\u200biaru-\u200br2.\u200borg<\/a>&nbsp;Only Societies current in their dues may vote during the Assembly.<\/li>\n<li>Designate your representatives. Have them register.<\/li>\n<li>Choose your voting representative, the Head of Delegation.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare your triennial report of Society activities including successful initiatives, regulatory matters and consultations, and any best practices that other societies may benefit from.
