The Secretariat of the Inter-American Telecommunication Commission of the OAS (CITEL/OAS) has the pleasure to inform that on January 15 2019, Chile through its Permanent Representative to the OAS, Ambassador Hernan Salinas, signed the “AMENDMENT OF THE INTER-AMERICAN CONVENTION ON AN INTERNATIONAL AMATEUR RADIO PERMIT (IARP)”. This is the third country to sign said treaty.
