The Caribbean Telecommunication Union (CTU) is celebrating its 25th Anniversary with an information and communications technology (ICT) Week in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago. CTU is an intergovernmental organization dedicated to facilitate the development of the regional ICT sector and has 20 member states. IARU Region 2 is also a member since 2004 when non state members were allowed to join. For IARU R2 CTU is a very important forum in which we can contact Ministries of Communications and Regulatory Agencies of 20 countries at the same time.
IARU R2 congratulates CTU on its anniversary and wishes many more years of successful work for the benefit of the region.
