Marco Tulio Gudiel, TG9ADG, IARU Region 2 Area D Director participated in the Multi-stakeholder Forum on the Role of Telecommunications / ICT in Disaster Management and Climate Change organized by the International Telecommunication Union, ITU, and the SIT, the Guatemalan Telecom Regulator and Administrator, with the presentation “Radio Amateurs and Emergency Communications”. You can read his report here .
