The member societies of IARU in Area G of Region 2, the Radio Club Argentino, the Radio Club de Chile, the Radio Club Paraguayo and the Radio Club Uruguayo, invite all amateurs in the world to participate in a new RTTY contest which will be held from 2300 UTC on Saturday August 5 at 0100 UTC on Sunday, August 6, 2017 (two hours) in the bands of 40 and 80 meters.
