FRC celebrates 51st. anniversary at National Headquarters

With the presence of founders and veterans of Federación de Radioaficionados de Cuba (FRC), the organization celebrated its 51st. anniversary of foundation on July 15th at their national headquarters in an activity linked to the current generation, which continues with their best traditions in technical and radio-related performance that characterize its members, already more than ten thousand.

The celebration was dedicated to the children of radio amateurs on occasion of International Children’s Day. They enjoyed a cultural activity that was liked by everyone, as well as the customary treats that always attract the young crowd.

The main speech of the celebration was given by Dr. C. Jorge Luis González Pavón, CO2JPE, Secretary of Technical Development of the National Executive, who emphasized the importance of the constitution of FRC 51 years ago. Besides, Eng. Pedro Rodríguez Pérez, CO2RP, had words of praise for FRC founders and veterans.
