After its last incursion in 2017, T40HQ, the representative station of the Federacion de Radioaficionados de Cuba (FRC) in IARU championships, will again sail the ether from seven different points of the national geography. The Contest will take place from 12:00 UTC on Saturday, July 13, until 24 hours have elapsed.
This will be the seventh time that a ¨headquarter¨ (HQ) Cuban station is active, after the very first time in 2009. In this category it is possible to operate two stations per band simultaneously, one in CW and the other in SSB.
In this years version, operators located in Havana, Quivicán, Unión de Reyes, Trinidad and Las Tunas will be responsible for the operation. Those who manage to work T40HQ, in at least four different bands, regardless of Mode, will receive a Certificate of Recognition in digital format. See you in the air!
