IARU Region 2 is having its General Assembly in Cancun Mexico from September 23 to 27, 2013. To celebrate with all radio amateurs this event our host society, Federacion Mexicana de Radio Experimentadores (FMRE), has set up a special event station XE3IARU that is active on all bands and modes this week.
